Victims, Homicide Survivors, and Witnesses
You can register for notification or criminal record access for an offender if you are:

A victim of the offender's crime

A witness to the crime
-
A family member of a victim who is deceased, incompetent, or a minor

The parent or guardian of a victim or witness who is a minor or incompetent

Concerned for your safety
When you register for notification, you will be notified if the offender:

Is moved to a less secure facility
-
Escapes from their facility
-
Is released (including temporary, provisional, or final release)
When you register for criminal record access, you can receive access to:

Police reports
-
Court documents
-
The offender's parole or probation conditions
-
The offender's criminal record (CORI)
Offenders are not notified if you register for notification or access to their criminal record. Your registration is completely confidential.
